The Request for Service on the application\/Form Prescribed can be made to the Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Jawalamukhi, Kangra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An Appeal under section 6 can be filed before the SDM (C), Kangra within 30 (Thirty) Days of rejection of application or expiry of the stipulated time limit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An Appeal against the order of the First Appellate Authority can be filed before, the State Information Commission, Himachal Pradesh, who is the second Appealate authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
